I agree this hat does not look worth the price I paid. Ordered for a gift, supposed to be gold chain. Just arrived and is cheap looking tortoise chain. I hope I get a response to my email requesting how it can be exchanged!!

Hat is nice, although not sure worth the price. Also I was sent the wrong chain color. When I emailed about the wrong chain I never got a response.
