Our online orders may be returned for exchange or store credit only — we do not offer refunds.
All return inquiries must be made within 15 days of receiving your product. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Sale items are also final sale. Discount codes cannot be reapplied to exchanged items.

When returning products, please ensure the merchandise is in its original condition with undamaged packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and recommend insuring your shipment. Once we receive your return, your store credit will be processed within 15 days.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please email us within 3 business days of receiving your product. We will email you a prepaid return label so you can send the product back in its original packaging, and a replacement will be issued upon receipt. All items must be unworn.
