How to take care of your straw hats:
Keep hat inside the box it comes in, crown upside down suspended on the hat holder.
Long exposure to the sun might change the color of the straw, try to keep it inside its box.
Do not place the hat inside a plastic bag to prevent it from drying out.
Avoid getting our Panama hats wet to prevent the shape from distorting.
Spot clean with a damp cloth.

How do I measure my head?
The traditional style is by using a measuring tape to wrap it around the top of your head where you would like the hat to sit on. Hipster style is over your occipital bone around the crown of your head.If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a string and measure your head accordingly then place it along a ruler.
Do the sizes vary in all styles?
Yes, the material of each hat may affect the fit. For example, wool might be more stiff than straw which expands differently on your head.
How do I know the hat fits the way it should?
Your hat should hit comfortably on your head without pressure. Some of our hats have an elastic band like our Cordobes hats, this helps the hat stay put on your head.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 5 business days to receive shipping once you receive tracking for domestic orders.
For International orders please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order. Please note, for international orders the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes. These are not included.

All of our orders are shipped from Los Angeles.
