Before purchasing product, please be cautious about the size and specifications of each hat. Our online orders may be returned as an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds. All return inquiries must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns sent after this period of time.
When returning our products please make sure the merchandise is in its original condition and with its original packaging undamaged. We do not accept items that have been worn. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, and recommend to insure your shipment. Once we receive your package, your store credit will be processed within 15 days.
If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please email us within 3 business days of receiving product.
We will email you a shipping label so you can ship our product back to us with its original packaging and a replacement will be issued back to you upon receipt. All items must be unworn.
